The Header-Bag with Tyvek® insert , offers a versatile option for packaging and sterilisation of procedural kits or medical devices of various sizes.
This product provides reliable protection against oxygen and moisture, preserving the sterility and quality of the contained products.
The Header-Bag can be sterilised in two ways: through the EO process, made possible by the Tyvek® insert, which provides safe and uniform breathability, or by radiation.
Tyvek® is made from high-density polyethylene fibers.
It is a lightweight, strong and breathable material, while at the same time resistant to water, abrasion, bacterial penetration and aging.
It also features easy peelability when opening the product, simplifying the procedure by the operator and preserving hygiene and sterility of the contents.
This solution is produced in ISO 8 Clean Room.
The Header-Bag can be customised with up to 8-color or CMYK printing, as well as the ability to include colour change indicators.
