Among the packaging solutions offered by Encaplast®, pouches stand out for their versatility and reliability, ideal for a wide range of applications in the medical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.
These pouches, including the Leal T-Pouch, Steri-Bag, and Leal Mono-PE Pouch, are designed to maximize protection and maintain the integrity of packaged products through various sterilisation methods, such as ETO and irradiation.
Made from high-quality materials such as Tyvek® and poly-coated films, these pouches provide excellent barriers against tears, punctures and external contaminants.
Their mechanical strength is further enhanced by various sealing options, including:
- Heat sealing: for a strong and permanent seal, ideal for providing a secure barrier against external contaminants.
- Easy peel weld: provides easy opening while maintaining the sterility of the contents, suitable for products requiring immediate access under sterile conditions.
- Fusion welding with pre-cutting: combines the strength of heat welding with the convenience of simplified opening, without compromising protection.
Each pouch can be customised to fit customers’ specific needs by defining the size and materials.
Encaplast® offers the ability to further customise pouches, through a wide range of high quality double-sided printing in up to eight colors or four-color.
