Medical Paper is an essential material in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, designed to ensure the safety and hygiene of medical devices during packaging and sterilisation.
Medical Paper comes in the form of Coils, Rolls and Sheets all of our products; we also have pouches and spoil markers.
Paper is available in variations and different laminations, each with unique characteristics to meet specific needs.

Paper + Film Coupling.

Paper is available in several types and different laminations, each with unique features to meet specific packaging needs.
The first type of lamination is Paper + Film.
Medical paper is moisture resistant and has a high barrier to bacteria, and being porous it is suitable for various types of sterilisation.
Its weight can range from 60 to 100g and is available both coated and uncoated.
The transparent laminated film that is laminated to the paper provides high protection from germs and ensures the safety of the device within the packaging.
Film materials can be PET/PE, PET/PP or OPA/PE, with thicknesses ranging from 40µ to 12µ.

Paper/Paper+PE coupling.

Another type of coupling is Paper/Paper + PE.
This lamination is ideal for applications where excellent mechanical strength and a sealable weld is required.
Poly-coated paper can be welded to itself hermetically and can provide a peelable seal when laminated with coated paper.

Adhesive Paper.

Adhesive Paper is a white uncoated woodfree paper, calendered to make it suitable for various applications; perfect for printing variable data on labels such as barcodes, expiration dates, prices and weights.
This type of paper is suitable for flexographic printing

Paper/Card Pairing.

Paper/Paperboard is a lamination that offers versatility, used for making pouchs it can be combined with PE to provide greater mechanical strength or with film for greater protection from germs, as described above.

STERILISATION

Material suitable for sterilisation ETO, STEAM, IRRADIATION.

PROTECTION

Excellent for maintaining sterility and resistance to microbial penetration.
