The ALU FREE barrier laminated pouch represents a highly protective solution without an aluminium layer.
The absence of aluminium improves the recycling class of the product, allowing dedicated recycling exclusively for plastic film.
Thanks to its barrier materials, it provides significant protection against gases and oxygen, while maintaining the same UV protection as aluminium through a metallised-effect pattern.
The product is primarily designed for gamma sterilisation, but a specific version can also be developed for dry steam sterilisation. In addition, it can be manufactured with either a peelable or fused opening.
