Our polylaminate aluminium reel provides an exceptional level of protection against moisture, oxygen and carbon dioxide. This protection is further strengthened by the resistance to impacts and UV rays, thanks to the aluminium barrier layer integrated into the structure of the material.

The reel is offered in basic PE or PP base variants, with various opening choices: peelable (easy peel) or fusion welding. This flexibility allows you to choose the most appropriate type for each specific need.

The proposed packaging solution is suitable for sterilisation by radiation and, in certain situations, also by steam at 121°C. These sterilisation options ensure the safety and integrity of the contents.

Encaplast® allows you to customise the reel through an excellent quality print, with the possibility of including up to eight colours or a four-colour print. This personalisation facilitates the identification of the content, as well as the insertion of important information.

The range of bands available, ranging from 16 to 1,600 mm, provides a wide selection to suit different sizes and types of devices.
