Medical Envelope in Aluminum Polybag and Paper
The aluminum polybag with paper offers a versatile and highly protective packaging solution. This envelope provides excellent protection against moisture, oxygen and carbon dioxide, while preserving the freshness and integrity of its contents.
In addition, the aluminum barrier layer gives it remarkable resistance to impact and UV damage.
The envelope is available in two configurations to suit specific
needs:
- easy opening (Easy Peel): peelable structure gives easy access to contents;
- Fusion welding with pre-cutting: strong welding and pre-cutting ensure effortless opening.
The paper-based outer side provides an excellent printing surface for variable data and information needed to identify the packaged product. Encaplast offers custom printing services in up to eight colors or four colors. This pouch can be sterilized by irradiation to ensure
maximum safety, in compliance with the standards required by the relevant industries. In addition, it can be produced in a controlled environment conforming to ISO 8 standard, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
