FlexiWrap Reel – Soft Poly-Laminated Film Roll

Our Soft Poly-Laminated Film Roll (TOP + BOTTOM) provides an excellent level of protection for the device contained within the package.
This reel is designed for applications such as thermoforming, flowpack or vacuum and can be used as either TOP or BOTTOM in thermoforming.
The coil is highly versatile, as it can be supplied in PE base or PP base solutions and can be both peelable (easy peel) and suitable for fusion sealing.
This flexibility allows it to be perfectly adapted to different packaging needs.
An additional advantage is the possibility to sterilize it through irradiation or, in some cases, even with Steam 121°C steam, ensuring maximum safety and compliance with industry regulations.
Encaplast® allows for custom printing on the reel, in CMYK or up to eight colors.
Our range of available wraps varies from 16 mm to 1600 mm, allowing you to choose the size best suited to your specific packaging needs.
