Laminated aluminium pouches with paper offer a versatile packaging solution with a high degree of protection. These pouches provide excellent protection against moisture, oxygen and carbon dioxide, while preserving the freshness and integrity of their contents. In addition, the aluminium barrier layer provides them with considerable resistance to both impacts and UV radiation.
The pouches are available in two configurations to meet specific requirements:

Easy opening (Easy Peel): the peelable structure allows quick and convenient access to the contents;

Heat sealing with pre-cut: the strong seal and pre-cutting system ensure effortless opening.
The paper-based outer layer provides an excellent printing surface for variable data and product identification information.
Encaplast® offers custom printing services in up to eight colours or four CMYK process colours.
These pouches can be sterilised by radiation to guarantee maximum safety, in accordance with the standards required by the relevant fields. Moreover, they can be produced in a controlled environment compliant with ISO 8 standards, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
