Medical aluminium laminated film
The aluminium laminated film represents a highly protective packaging solution.
Thanks to the aluminium coating, such an pouch provides high protection against moisture, oxygen and carbon dioxide, while preserving the integrity of its contents.
In addition, the aluminium barrier layer imparts remarkable resistance to both impact and UV rays.
The pouch is available in two different configurations:
- easy opening (Easy Peel): equipped with a peelable frame for easy access to contents;
- fusion welding with pre-cutting: characterised by strong welding and pre-cutting, for effortless opening.
This pouch is also available in two material variants:
- with both sides made of aluminium: offers optimal protection, preserving the contents from external agents;
- with an aluminium side and a transparent side: allows visibility of the inner product without compromising security.
Sterilisation by steam radiation at 121°C (steam) is possible upon request .
Encaplast® offers the option of customising the pouch with high-quality printing, up to eight colors or four-colour, to meet branding and information needs.
Each pouch is produced in a controlled environment conforming to ISO 8 standard to ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
