Bottle Bag.

The Bottle Bag was created to be able to safely and quickly perform the freeze-drying process, thanks to its Tyvek® side that allows for water transpiration and containment of the medicinal residue.
It also features a “bottle cone” shape, which can be customised as needed, so as to help the operator when inserting the pour-liquid barrel and to prevent the liquid from getting stuck in the corners of the pouch when expelling the freeze-dried solid.
The sealing of the pouch is made by fusion and is not peelable, thus ensuring maximum protection of the contents.
Tyvek® is the main material used, known for its breathability and ability to protect against microorganisms, tears and punctures.
The Bottle Bag is suitable for sterilisation by ETO and rays and can withstand extremely low temperatures as low as -50°C.
Production of this type of product takes place in an ISO 8 type controlled environment to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
You can customise the printing, including the option to include an ETO tint indicator with dedicated text defining the color it will take after sterilisation.
Custom printing or printing with different spoilage indicators can also be requested as needed.
