Our polyalloy aluminum coil provides an exceptional level of protection against moisture, oxygen and carbon dioxide.
This protection is further enhanced by impact and UV resistance, thanks to the aluminum barrier layer integrated into the material structure.
The coil is offered in PE base or PP basevariants, with various opening choices: peelable (easy peel) or fusion welding.
This flexibility makes it possible to opt for the most appropriate type for each specific need.
The proposed packaging solution is suitable for sterilisation through irradiation and, in certain situations, also through steam at 121°C (Steam Steam).
These sterilisation options ensure the safety and integrity of the contents.
Encaplast allows the reel to be customised through excellent quality printing, with the option of including up to eight colors or four-color printing.
This customisation facilitates the identification of the content as well as the inclusion of important information.
The range of available wraps, ranging from 16 to 1,600 mm, provides a wide selection to accommodate different sizes and types of devices.
